BUMS.AI was born from frustration.
After 15 years in the industry, our founder Lateef Farooqui noticed a troubling pattern: contractors were wasting thousands of marketing dollars on websites that looked good but failed to generate quality leads. As the founder of Qualified Storm Leads (now sold) and other successful ventures in the contractor space, Lateef understood the unique challenges facing roofing and restoration businesses.
The problem wasn't just poor website design—it was disconnected systems. Companies had separate tools for lead capture, follow-up, customer management, and analytics, creating a fragmented customer journey full of missed opportunities.
